We’ve built this practice very intentionally.
Like many offices, we’ve seen what happens when hygiene is rushed, communication breaks down, and the focus shifts to simply getting through the day. That’s not the environment we want—for our team or our patients.
Our goal is to create a place where hygienists can practice at a high level, be part of the clinical conversation, and feel supported by a team that is aligned and accountable.
We’re continuing to grow and improve, and we’re looking for the right person who wants to be part of that—not just fill a schedule.
How We Practice
- 60-minute standard appointments
- 90-minute appointments when patients need additional time
- No pressure to rush or cut corners
- Strong periodontal program supported by laser therapy
- Focus on clinical outcomes—not volume
Hygienists are actively involved in co-diagnosis and helping guide treatment planning decisions.
Flexible Schedule
- 1–4 days per week
- Flexible hours within our Monday–Thursday schedule
- No nights. No weekends
- We work with you to build a schedule that fits your life
